Coast Guard Festival

The annual week long Coast Guard Festival is held in Grand Haven, "Coast Guard City, USA". For the past three years, McLANE has been a participant. Festivities include free tours of Coast Guard ships, a carnival, a boat parade, concerts, a 5K run, softball tournaments, and fireworks.

During the 2005 festival over 5,000 individuals toured McLANE in Grand Haven.
